Monrovia, Liberia - A team of consultants from FreeBalance headed by Aldo Sagastume is in the Country for a ten-day stakeholder engagement and training workshop with relevant beneficiaries of Public Financial Management activities.
The purpose of the Mission is to create a strategic balance between FreeBalance and the Government of Liberia on joint collaboration in improving the PFM space in the country in terms of service delivery and ease of accessibility.
The consultants, after holding series of engagements with top officials of government will facilitate a two-day engagement workshop on improving accountability, transparency, the Public Expenditure and Financial Accounting Performance Assessment Report amongst others. The firm has been engaged with PFM activities for more than ten years in Liberia.
Welcoming the team of consultants, the Coordinator of the RCU expressed delight and optimism with the hope that the training will be very impactful. He also advised FreeBalance to establish and office in the country. “The next time we hold a meeting, it should be at your Office”, Dr. Munyeneh noted.
