Today, the newly appointed U.S. Chargé d'Affaires to Liberia, Mr. Joseph Zadrozny, paid a courtesy visit to the Minister of Finance and Development Planning, Hon. Augustine Kpehe Ngafuan .
Minister Ngafuan welcomed the newly appointed U.S. Chargé d'Affaires to Liberia and at his office.
This visit marks Ambassador Zadrozny’s first official engagement with the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP).
During their meeting, the two officials held productive discussions on critical activities in advance of the December 2025 meeting of the MCC Board to consider Liberia's continued eligibility for a second Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Compact for Liberia, the scaling up of U.S investment and trade-in Liberia and the continuous strengthening of bilateral relationship between Liberia and the United States.
