Monrovia, Liberia - The Reform Coordination Unit of the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning on Tuesday delivered several copies of the Amendment and Restatement of the Public Financial Management Act of 2009 which was approved on October 22, 2019, by the National Legislature. Institutions that benefited from the Act included the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), the Internal Audit Agency (IAA), and the National Elections Commission (NEC).

Pursuant to the Standing Orders of the Civil Service and the Budget and Fiscal Policies of the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, several regulations governing the management of personnel transactions, including pay, shall be observed by all spending entities and enforced by the Civil Service Agency and the Ministry of Finance & Development Planning beginning Fiscal Year 2022.
