The Inspectorate Unit {IU} is headed by a Director who is assisted by an Assistant Directors. The major functions of the unit include but not limited to the following:
- Assist the CAG in inspecting M&As control system as it relates to the applicable financial laws of Liberia;
- Ensure integrity and Fiscal Discipline of the of the internal control and financial management systems;
- Conduct unannounced visitation/checks at spending entities;
- Conduct inspection of GoL funded
