Monrovia, Liberia - The Ministry of Finance and Development through Acting Deputy Minister for Administration, Hon. Patience Kollie Lawson on Monday August 1, 2022, received a donation consisting of 10 boxes of Mobiola mobile phones from the J&E Doxxbet sports online betting company.
Hon. Lawson, making remarks, appreciated the online sports betting company for the donation, and assured the company through its representative that the items will be used for the right purpose.
The donation is intended to enhance and strengthen relevant communications and outreach activities of the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning.
Making the presentation Dr. O. Precious Cooper, said the MOBIOLA phones were made through the kind gesture of the online sports betting company in the country.
According to Dr. Cooper, the phone is part of a promotion and marketing strategy of the company, and they saw it as prudent to supplement and support government ministries, especially the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning Communications Department.
“I requested that the Finance Ministry form part of the donation process in order to enhance government’s communications. These MOBIOLA phones are very strong, with good batteries, and we hope they will be used for the purpose intended".
