The Accountant Services Unit {ASU} is headed by a Director who is assisted by an Assistant Director. The major functions of the unit include but not limited to the following:
- Processing all payment related transactions for Line Ministries and Agencies including Local Purchase Order;
- Prepare periodic reports relating to processed documents; LPOs and payment vouchers
- Conduct compliance check on all instruments (Vouchers & LPOs} submitted for payment
